Tina Escarmant serves as the Philanthropy Intern at the St. Joseph’s Foundation, where her responsibilities revolve around meaningful contributions to both the Foundation and the Hospital. Originally from Miami, Florida, Tina moved to Phoenix, where she earned her Bachelor's degree and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration at Grand Canyon University.

As a committed student and emerging professional, Tina remarks her academic and professional pursuits as foundational elements to become a catalyst for positive change within healthcare systems.
